“Gem of the Berkshires”
Reviewed March 2, 2013 via mobile

Whether it's Shakespeare or Moliere or a contemporary work, the productions at Shakespeare & Co. are a treat. We are lucky enough to live within an hour's drive of the theater and attending performances there 4 or 5 times each summer is one of our favorite activities. Even though it was just the end of February, the day tickets went on sale for the upcoming 2013 summer season, I took advantage of the terrific "3 shows for $99" offer and ordered my tickets. For residents of Western Massachusetts as well as visitors, I highly recommend planning an afternoon and/or evening with Shakespeare & Co. You won't regret it!

“Shakespeare in the Mountains”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

We try to include a performance of a Shakespeare play at the excellent reperatory company every time we are in Lenox. The cast is always professional and we have yet to be disappointed. Besides excellent theater performances this company provides excellent training for college students with a career goal in theater.
You can count on a good show at reasonable prices.

“Some fun holiday laughs”
Reviewed December 9, 2012

Small, quaint venue. Building has an interesting exterior that needs a facelift. But, interior is nice and service was very good. Great, up-close place to see an entertaining play

“wonderful theatre”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

I saw a play in a small theatre (cannot remember the name). My ticket was $25 which was a bargain, and I loved the play.
