Strange cooking style. Bolognese w/o meat,garlic onion. Bone marrow was to intensify flavor. Of what? Campbell soup sauce? Appetiser:ground lamb neck fritter stlye w/ a radish salad. Dry, dry w/ no sauce of any kind. Still, somethings around us were fragrant w/ spices. No one complaining. May give it another shot since the Berkshires have very few restaurants to recommend.
