We held a reservation for 8 people at 7 p.m. It was Saturday night so there was supposed to be live music 6 to 9. Well the first performer was done at 8pm and for the next 40 minutes a three piece band were moving in their stuff with the doors wide open- while 20 degree winds blew in the door we were seated next to. No matter how many times we shut the door behind them they continued to prop it back open. They also booked our birthday dinner in the same room as a 30 year high school reunion which made it impossible for conversation. If my food was warm it may have been good but because of the poor consideration and planning- I will never know.

We had a great dinner at Sullivan Station. Service was friendly and attentive. All dishes (appetizers, entrees, dessert) were delicious. Thoroughly enjoyable evening. My only concern is that the entertainment (starting as we were leaving) was quite loud and boisterous. I was glad we were leaving as it was beginning because I prefer to eat in a quieter setting.

We found the place charming. The food was good and the service fair. The host was very friendly. We were lucky enough to go on a Sunday night when they had a talented singing duo, who played guitar and sang a variety of songs from Johnny cash to Elvis Presley and more. The sherry walnut pie was delicious even though our waitress couldn't tell us what was in it besides sherry and walnuts (sort of llike a pecan pie). We had to wait a long time for our check and the waitress forgot our bread, but we didn't mind because we enjoyed the entertainment. We would go there again.
