We decided to swing into Inaka before we went to a most one night. We were pleasantly surprised! While the decor and interior aren't much to look at, the sushi was delicious (and we are very picky). The seafood was fresh, the tempura was served hot and crunchy, the tofu was cooked just right, the rice was the perfect stickiness. We had a vegetarian in the group and they were more than happy to accommodate her special requests for her rolls. The service was efficient. The prices were reasonable. Overall, we would definitely go back!
