Stayed 2 nights mid Oct. Terri willl advise on tours, places of intrest, ferries etc. This great advise enabled us to make the most of our short time on the cape. Nothing to add to previous reviews, believe the hype, this place is great..

My husband and I were a little daunted by the dozens of extremely expensive resorts and hotels in Cape Cod, even during the shoulder season, until we found the reviews for SeaCoast Inn. We were amazed by the wonderful reviews for this hotel and figured it was worth a try. We could see right away that ALL the positive reviews were exactly right. The husband and wife owners are extremely friendly and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. The location is wonderful since you are only a block away from downtown Hyannis and can easily drive around the rest of the Cape from Hyannis. What really sets this hotel apart from others, though, is the personal attention you get from the owners. I think hotels like this are harder to find now and it is wonderful when you find a little gem right in the middle of a large touristy area!

Terri and Al are perfect hosts. Follow their advice on how to get round Cape Cod and where to eat and go swimming. They really helped us to make the best of our short time on the Cod. Rooms are spacious and clean and have a kitchenette. This is a no frills Inn but good value for Cape Cod! It is conveniently located in the town center of Hyannis. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Beach towels and beach chairs are offered gratuitously.

My husband and I stayed at the Sea Coast Inn in July. We chose Sea Coast due to the high ratings in Trip Advisor. Terri and her husband were so incredibly nice. Terri even gave us and another couple a ride over to the whale watching departure. The room was very clean and we were even bumped up to an efficiency without requesting. The location is great as well. We both HIGHLY recommend the Sea Coast!!!

Believe everything you read about the Seacoast Inn. It is very, very clean and the location is very convenient. Terri and Al made our biking vacation to the Cape trouble free and loads of fun. They got ferry tickets for us, arranged to have a rental car delivered and picked up, made great recomendations for trails to ride and places to eat. They even loaned us a GPS and showed us how to use it.There was even a washer and dryer available to use free of charge, complete with soap and fabric softener sheets. After a fantastic week at the Inn Al drove us to the bus station for our return trip to Boston. Terrific place--terrific hosts!!

We arrived at The Seacost Inn and were greeted warmly by Terry. She offered us coffee or tea, and doughnuts while we waited, since we were early. We talked about our plans for the next few days and she immediately got out maps of the Cape and helped us figure out how to get to the places we were planning on going to. She also printed out directions for us and even asked if we needed to use their GPS, since we don't have one!

When we went to our room we found it to be spotless. Everything we needed was there, including a kitchenette. Terry and Al also upgraded us to a King-size bed, which was very nice of them.

Terry and Al continued to be so incredibly helpful throughout our stay- helping us with any questions that we had. The breakfast area that was set up in the morning was very nice and gave us the chance to converse with other guests. Terry and Al are very friendly and were helping everyone out as they planned their day.

When we checked out of the Seacost Inn, we even received a box of salt water taffy! The Seacost Inn is the place to go if you want a bed and breakfast feel at a very reasonable price! (Also, it is just a very short walk to the water, ferries, and great restaurants!)

Walking distance from bus depot with luggage in tow. Also, walking distance to ferry. The town is one block up. Terri has discount coupons for the Nantucket fast ferry that will save $5.00/ticket. Rooms are clean. We had 2 Queens with kitchenette and table/chairs. Small but clean bathrooms. Not a 5 star place, but very comfortable beds/linens and probably cleaner. Terri and Al love what they do and are great people. Breakfast is cereal and doughnut with good coffee. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it.
