“Great Holiday Experience”
Reviewed August 11, 2012

What a wonderful place to stay on holidays. We have travelled quite extensively in USA and Secoast Inn definitely scores brilliantly against more well known and expensive hotels. Terry and Al are superb hosts and their knowledge of the area is quite simply breath taking. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were able to provide a great service covering everything from giving details on the most reasonable car parks to letting guests borow deck chairs, beach towels, cool bags and a complimentary sat nav system. A previous reviewer had rated the complimentary breakfast as average. In our experience this could not be further from the truth. Everything was fresh and the selection was varied with something to please everyone. A special mention must also go the house keepers who were friendly and did a wonderful job, the units were spotless. Great facilities in a wonderful location the SeaCoast Inn is well worth a visit.

I was a bit of a skeptic b/c the reviews for this place are so amazing, but it's all true. The location is great--walking distance to the Nantucket ferry, main street, and restaurants. The owners are kind and experts on anything you'd like to do in the area and go out of their way to serve you. They will provide maps, book tickets, have restaurant, parking recommendations for everywhere you go. They have beach supplies that you can borrow for any beach trip. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The value of this place is outstanding considering the cost of most hotels or B&B's on Cape Cod. This was our home base for five nights while we did day trips all throughout the Cape and to Nantucket and the Vineyard. I would not hesitate for a moment to come back in the future.

Just the best place in stay in Hyannis - Close to everything. The SeaCoast is certainly one the best places we have stayed in all our years of travelling this was due mainly to our hosts Terri and Al. They made us so welcome when we arrived and had upgraded up to a King Suite with efficiences. Our room was spotless and our hosts provided us with great information on the area and we were able to book our whale watching excursion with them. Complimentary towels, sun chairs, umbrellas were offered to us for the beech. Will be back when we visited the USA in the future.

Terri an Al should give large hotel chains a seminar on what guests expect from a stay at their hotel. Walking around Hyannis, you notice that the Seacoast Inn is the only place that is fully booked during the week, and with good reason. The room cost us $20 a night more than another local motel, but for that price we also received:

- free parking 2 minutes away from the ferry docks and 30 seconds from the main strip
- a room that was fully self-sufficient with microwave, stove, fridge, sink, dishes, cutlery and a table
- WORKING free wi-fi
- clean linens
- access to Terri and Al's vast knowledge of the local attraction (they have coupons and brochures for almost everything within a 100 mile radius)
- beach staples (chairs, towels, umbrellas, toys for the kids and coolers) available free of charge
- complimentary continental breakfast

Terri helped us save money by suggesting Trader Joe's to cutback on all of the eating out at restaurants and Al was always kindly offering us rides around town so that we wouldn't have to take our car.

We were originally planning on trying somewhere else on the East Coast for our next vacation, but after meeting Terri and Al, we're definitely coming back to Hyannis next summer!

My husband and I just returned from Hyannis, and this is the ONLY place to stay. It is centrally located, and Terri and Al treat you like family. They make sure you have everything you need in the clean, charming rooms, and all you have to do is ask, and they have the answers! They provided us with great information about what to see and where to eat, and they sincerely want their guests to be happy. Each afternoon we came back from our adventures they asked how our day went, and they were fun and interesting to sit and converse with. The Inn is small and quiet, but it is easy to see fellow visitors at the morning breakfast. Our vacation was wonderful, and the SeaCoast is a big reason why! It was a great place to stay!

Wow!!! What can I say but possibly the best hotel stay me and my family have ever had....too good to be true, but believe all that you read! I stayed with my teenage daughter as well as both my elderly parents, an they couldn't have accomodated us any better. Teri and Al felt like part of our family after we left. We were only there one short week, and I can't wait to return. Teri and Al couldn't do more for their guests, from planning your days, making reservations, and the list goes on and on. Trust me if you are going to the cape, this is the "only" place to stay!! Oh an by the way, all you read about the rooms is true. They are large, and spotless! Even the breakfast is great! Need I say more?!
