Great hotel, large beds, comfortable and clean. Raj and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, giving lots of tips of places to go, ferry times etc. You even get a discount for the ferries at this hotel. Location was perfect, overlooking the harbour, 5 min walk to the Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard ferries and 2 min walk to the harbour cruise boat. Also, the main street was a 5 minute walk away and the beach and JFK memorial a 10 minute walk away. There a lots of good restaurants and bars on the main street and also near to the hotel. Breakfast was good - tea/coffee, bagels/cereals. The hotel also has free wi-fi. Would definitely go back at some point in the future.

I chose Cape Cod Harbor House Inn due to location to ferries but after visiting Provincetown I realized that was the place to be. Not much going on in Hyannis. Raj was very friendly to us. Note breakfast was minimal (bagels, cereal). The room had a musty smell to it. Overall the place needs a major makeover; I wouldn't recommend to others.

Having been to a wedding in Maine, my girlfriend and I were looking to drive around and book hotels en route to Martha's Vineyard. We knew a ferry departed from Hyannis, so decided to stop and see what was available near the harbour. The Harbour House Inn is located in a convenient position for the harbour (ferries) and 5 minutes walk to the main street.
When I walked in to the reception I was greeted by a very pleasant man called Raj who had recently bought the hotel and had moved with his family from the UK. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I had intended to stay for only 1 night but ended up staying for 3 and taking day trips using Hyannis as a base.
Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Decor needs updating but it really wasn't an issue for us.

Perfect spot in Hyannis. Near the main street, the ferry... A lot of restaurants. The room was clean, comfy and well kept. We enjoeyd our stay and would definitely go back. The hotel offers free wifi, a decent breakfast (coffee, muffins, juice).
