Right from our arrival Nick & Mike made us feel very welcome. The house is lovely in an old fashioned and romantic way. If you're into gardening you'll love the yard with its flowers and Koi pond. Nick and Mike are very helpfull hosts and great company as well. They really made an effort to make our stay a pleasent one. Location is good, only 5 min walk to the beach. We truly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed at this charming B&B in July 2009. Our hosts Mike and Nick were helpful and very accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask of them. The room was immaculate....the breakfasts scrumptous....the gardens and Koi pond were beautiful!
Everything was close by the inn. The stores and eateries were within walking distance .
The beach was about three blocks down on Sea Street. Our stay was so memorable , it will be hard to find accomodations on our future trips that will even come close to this lovely inn.

Thanks for a great vacation..Kathie and Tom...Royersford, Pa

This was the nicest Bed and Breakfasts that we have ever been to. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed, almost as if we were at a relative’s house. Nick and Mike were so helpful, going above and beyond our whole trip. They gave us rides to the ferry and great advice about restaurants and other things to see around Hyannis. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are very clean. I look forward to our next trip to Hyannis!

Green Mountain Inn hosts Nick, Mike and Heidi went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel very welcome and well cared for. Staying at the inn is like dropping in on friends who'll do anything to make your stay in Cape Cod most enjoyable. Rooms: charming, cozy and super clean. Breakfasts: of gourmet quality and deliciously different every day. Ambience: relaxing in the garden, fun with the hosts, delightful with other guests at breakfast. Extras: rides to and from places in Hyannis; expert information on traveling around Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket; short walk to beach with towels and beach chairs provided; and the hosts' great humor

As First-Timers to Cape Cod, we tried this B&B, which offered great service including good advice for road tours, sightseeing and shuttle service to/from the island's ferry. We loved the inn's flower garden, the little fish pond with gold fish and acquaint front porch for morning peace and evening chill-outs. Compared to larger B&B's (>5 rooms), the inn keepers Nick and Mike loved to chat with each guest at breakfast time. They offered a home-made set breakfast each day and if you liked something different, the inn keepers were flexible to make it just for you. If you travel with younger kids, bring a pack & play and ask for a room downstairs with a ceiling fan if available. Our room was located upstairs and shared a bath room with another room. Luckily, our son was cautious of the stairs and we were the only guests upstairs. The walk to the local beach is short. At high tide, the beach line is rather small. We found a nice beach in Brewster which was interesting at low tide, because we walked at last a mile towards the water line and explored many sea creatures (crabs, sea shells, snails, birds). A beach sticker is required, which can be purchased for $15 at the city house (bring cash/check and your license plate number). The Brewster Fish House (next to entrance to the city house, 5 min wait, no stroller allowed) offered a delicious gourmet lunch and was worth every dollar. Take the scenic route 6A to Brewster not only because of the beautiful houses, B&B's and gardens, but also the traffic was flowing much better compared to route 28, which was always a parking lot. The local farm stand in Brewster offered an abundance of fresh fruit, vegetables, home-made bread, cakes, jam and other local products. It had a fantastic large flower garden with little walkways, great for a hide-and-seek break. Overall, we had a good 3-day stay on Cape Cod.

Nick & Mike have established the perfect B&B experience.
This is our 4th time staying here.
Great food, great service, great location.
Their knowledge of Hyannis, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket is first rate.
They are conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Hyannis Port; which will they shuttle you over to, when using the Ferries to MY/NAN. (which avoids parking costs!)

They will treat you like long time friends the moment you arrive.
Be sure to visit Buddy along with his 20+ friends in their little oasis in the backyard.

After spending a few days in Boston, ending our trip at the Inn was perfect. We arrived at the cape without any real plans. Well Nick and Mike took great care of us, making wonderful recommendations for how to spend our time, places to dine and even making reservations for us. We were in such great hands that we didn't have a care in the world, they even lent us some beach towels to enjoy the beach. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and a great place to stay while exploring other ares of the cape. Breakfast was wonderful each day and we felt right at home during our time there. We can't wait to go back and highly recommend it to anyone considering visiting the Cape.
