Stayed on a Fall Colors tour and this was an adequate property. Rooms small. Windows open. Beds and bedding pretty good. There is a restaurant on site which is very mediocre and there is a lounge. There are several restaurants nearby, Olive Garden next door; Outback, Cookes and Friendlys across the street. There is a "package store across the street for alcoholic beverages but dont go there...their prices are higher than Canadian; go down the street behind the big shopping center and youll be happy with Blanchards @ 167 Corporation Street and its walkable from the Inn. Theres a large grocery across the street if you want any items to take with you. All in all, the benefit for a traveler is the proximity to services; this is really important when on a bus tour without your own wheels!

So this is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and will definitely be back. On our first visit Sara at the Front Desk was so accommodating and professional. Because of her we decided to go back. Our room were clean. This time we use the restaurant. Jessica our server was very polite she made sure my 7 yrs old was comfortable and had a great meal. We also use the bar AJ and Steve were also great. Big thank you to Sara you did it again. See you in November.

We stayed one night at the Holiday Inn. It was in a good location if you have a car, and was just a short drive to Main Street. Jacob at the front desk was very polite, and even helped me with getting access to a microwave to heat up my infant daughter's food, which I greatly appreciated. The room met our expectations. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall we enjoyed our short stay. The hotel is pretty big, and we had somewhat of a long walk to our room, but Jacob directed us to where we could park to be close to our room and even offered to give us a closer room given we had our bags and our daughter in the car seat, but we decided we could manage. We didn't use the pool, or eat in the restaurant, so I can't speak to that. There were three charter buses there, but we didn't find the hotel to be noisy or disruptive at all.

My wife and I stayed here on our anniversary Rooms are comfortably, very clean, and super quiet can't here the neighbors, the jacuzzi tub is quite big, and the fire place in our room was a nice touch. There is not a lot of space in the room to much furniture but it worked for us as moving around the room. The mad hatter lounge is fun Steve the bartender is a great guy funny, attentive and knows how to make great drinks. The food is fantastic we ate here two nights in a row. Steve was also our waiter, again very impressed with taking care of us. Why go anywhere else drinks dinner great price and good company. And a short walk to room. Only thing we said would be helpful is a little sign telling you how to turn on the jacuzzi. Took us a few minutes to figure out and some spa bubble bath with be a big hit. All and all it's easy to go out from and explore the cape and easy to find way back, we traveled all way providence town and all around Chatham and when we needed a break was not far to be back at the room. We will stay again it mad for a memorable anniversary

We spent 8 wonderful days in New England.. This was the low spot of the tour. The hotel looks and feels like 1960.. Old.. We went to the dining room for dinner.. Peas and carrots out of a can, awful beef round, fishy cod, and mystery potatoes. I would never stay here.again
