“Finally service, cleanliness , and comfort!”
Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

After 2 long days at one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed in, I took my business down the street to the Holiday Inn. I requested an early check-in, left my number for them to call when my room was ready. I received a call 3+ hours early which was a wonderful surprise.
The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful from the beginning. I stayed in one of the suites since I was with my husband and 2 children. The room had 2 floors. The first floor had a super, plush, king sized bed and the upstairs had a pull out queen bed for the kids. In addition, there was a deck with 2 chairs. There was a jacuzzi tub on the second floor that the kids went right in!
A couple hours into our stay, we received a phone call from the front desk welcoming us to the hotel and seeing if there was anything that we needed to make our stay more enjoyable; this was a nice touch to the wonderful service.
Everything was clean and the service was superb. The only thing that could have been better was the length of our stay. I will definitely be checking in here again if I am ever in Hyannis!

I stayed for a week in this hotel for business. It could definitely use some updating, but it was clean and a great location. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. The noise level was very quiet, so that was very nice! The Bath & Body Works bathing products were certainly a plus. The shower was clean and hot. My coffee maker however was broken. Overall, the room was on the small side. Also, the black out curtain was a little different and it took me a minute to figure it out. The TV was nice and you have access to all the basic channels and some extras. The location is very convenient. I was a 5 to 10 minute drive from the airport, Main Street, Starbucks, McDonald's, and there is a decent seafood restaurant across the street and Olive Garden next door, as well as a grocery store and small shopping center (Old Navy, Marshalls, Kmart) across the street. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but from the looks of it the area is kept clean. I do not know about the restaurant. It was small, but did have a nice bar. Also, there is no free continental style breakfast, but it was good and reasonably priced. I do have to say the staff were all very friendly. Overall, this was a good stay.

Room Tip: If you are handicap, I recommend requesting a room close to the elevator or exit. The layout of this...

We went to Cape Cod over the Labor day weekend and Holiday inn was a disappointment. They charge a lot for a tiny tiny room plus their breakfast is super expensive. They dont even have courtesy Coffee in the lobby. In short this place isnt worth at all. I rather stay in a cheap motel than this place, Very disappointed at the Holiday Inn brand.

Room Tip: Their rooms are SMALL and very tight. Stay Away!

Booked at the last minute for Labor Day. Had been watching prices for a while before booking. Stayed five nights. This hotel is centrally located mid-Cape. Close to Route 6, Route 28, shopping, eateries, the mall, Main Street, not too far from a couple of the beaches. Rooms were clean and very well appointed. Website photos are trustworthy. A real plus. All modern fixtures. Small fridge in a cabinet. Perfect for drinks and left overs. LCD/LED TV. Bathroom was very nicely done. Pool and hot tub also very nice. Decent breakfast reasonably priced. Did not get to the fitness room. Rooms were a bit small but not uncomfortably so. Good for families or the business traveler. Entire staff (even maintenance) was very friendly. Will put it on my list for next year's Cape escape.

The rooms were a bit on the small side but we didn't mind as we didn't stay there much. They were very clean and seem to be redone recently. The bathrooms were beautiful! The pool was really nice but be aware that only kids over 15 can go in the hot tub--bummer for our 10 year old. We booked shortly before we arrived and ended up picking a holiday inn because we felt like we knew we could expect consistent standards from them and we were not disappointed. The location was great to get around and there are many things close by--driving distance. People at the front desk were helpful. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Parking was easy and plentiful. We would have loved to be by the water but picked this for the ease of getting around and for the price. It is more than a normal Holiday Inn but for cape cod it was reasonable. We didn't eat there as we were basically out and about seeing the cape.

Location- great location not far from the highway, not to far from town.

Parking - plenty of parking for the size of the hotel. Plenty of side entrances as well.

Service - service was excellent, everyone from the front desk, maids and service at the restaurant was excellent.

Pool - pool is the greatest asset. Huge, warm, good chlorine, on staff lifeguard. Jacuzzi was super hot.

Rooms - rooms were cramped, small doubles or queen. Cannot get a rollaway, not allowed by city ordinance so if you have 5 your in trouble. Loud wall heater / cooler. Baths nicely appointed and updated. Offer an in room fridge and flat screen. Decent in room movies.

Ambiance - parts were nice, some a bit beat up. Not bad overall. I would stay here again. We paid 150$ thru priceline during the busy season.

Overall - i would stay here for sure

We like to be within walking distance of the town and its amenities, alhtough there were some local retaurants and shops we would have preferred to be a little nearer to Hyannis itself. Having said that we found a good free car park just outside the town which served us well. The room was small but would have been much larger with only one of the 2 king sized beds which were in the room. The furniture was dark and therefore the room felt quite dark but it was comfortable enough with a good bathroom. We tried the breakfast once on our last day and opted for the buffet so were able to control the portion sizes we wanted e.g not too large! The pool was good and mostly empty but the lack of changing facilities poolside meant we had to drip all the way back to the room! The jacuzzi was concrete and not very deep but a bit like the one at our local Holiday Inn in the UK, one day it was luke warm to cold and the next day so hot that we could not even get in. Staff were all pleasant and provided a good service.

Room Tip: First floor and round the back. There is a door from the car park near to rooms and you are told th...
