Owner description: Summer church of the Kennedy's

Every time we come to Hyannis we come to the church to light a candle and say a prayer. My grandmother, mother and aunt went to mass one time when JFk & Jackie Kennedy were at the same mass so that started the allure with the Kennedy family
They have a few poster boards with pictures and clippings of the entire Kennedy Family and there is a volunteer who gives you a more informative history session

Worth visiting. This is the church where the Kennedys worshipped. There are photos and footage in the museum of JFK an Jackie leaving mass - it hasn't changed since 1963.

Our tour bus stopped here for 30 minutes. The Kennedys relationship to this church was explained as well as the meaning of the altar symbols were explained. Unless some one gives this explanation, you will be disappointed, as this is a small, unpretenious church. There are many photos of the Kennedys, as well as Arnold and Maria's wedding, which was held in this church.

Went to service their.Pastor did a great job. Beautiful unpretentious church that Rose & Joe Kennedy went to with their family. This is where she and her son had their memorials as well as president John Kennedy 's son Patrick. A must see.

Although the blizzard of 2013 hit the cape pretty strong, the church was open and Sunday Mass went on as usual. No heat inside but electricity was on
