A little local spot to grab a beer, but it is not charming. Not pretending ot be anything more than it is. Just a friendly spot to have a bottle beer. No need to eat bar food here, but pop in for a cold one and just relax.

Needed a place to watch the Bruins and Sox while in town and this place worked. Bartender friendly, food very reasonable and atmosphere not sketchy but more neighborhood orientated

Stopped in for a beer, and we were hooked. One of the owners CHRIS, treated us just like family. This is a down to earth neighborhood bar. They serve a pizza there, that you would swear came from a Pizzeria, and that's because it sent in fresh everyday. Just the dough in the pan. When it's time to make a pizza, they add the Pizzeria sauce and your toppings. One hell of a good deal for $7. We stopped in almost every nite the week we spent in Hyannis. During one of the world series games, they offered customers free sausage and pepper sandwiches. pool tables are in decent condition and there is no rif raf at this bar.
When you are in Hyannis, stop in and say hi to CHRIS.

Went here on a Saturday night for some late night cocktails. The drinks that I ordered were ok but the person I went with could barely stomach his drinks. At least the bartender was nice and they had some tvs to watch the game. We ordered a personal sized pizza and it was barely edible. We asked for extra cheese and they said that they can't do that. We thought that that was weird but once the pizza came out it was clear why they could not do that. The pizza looked like it was a frozen, pre-made pizza. There are plenty of other late night places downtown that are much better than this bar.

My husband and I spent four days in Hyannis two weeks ago. On the second day we stumbled upon the 19 hole - we were gutted, we didn't find it on the first day! It's a proper local pub, away from all the tourist hustle (and nepp). You get a decent pint at a good price and Dave is very pleasant to talk to.

If we make it back to Hyannis, we'll definitely pop in!

Thanks, Dave, for introducing Andy to the Peppermint Schnapps...;-)
