Ate dinner during our stay in the port. Great service, lovely meal, brilliant venue. Good price. Knowledgeable staff make a huge difference to any restaurant - hope the management appreciate the team they have.

Thank marpel

Good food! Make sure to try the scrod with coconut/lime. Smoked salmon teriyaki: the salmon is excellent, the teriyaki is not really teriyaki in my opinion but nevertheless a great dish. We went back here twice, the waitresses are ever so friendly. This is going to sound harsh but I got the impression that management have trained them into robots with no personality. It is all too perfect! Let's just say that the staff know exactly how to make you feel welcome, but all of them behave exactly the same. Also spotted someone literally commanding the 'water boy' over to our table in a rude manner, less than a minute after the waitress asked us if we wanted tap or bottled water. You can also ask someone if they can get the water please, instead of the evil eye followed by pointing at the table). In any case, the approach seems to work as the customers all seem to enjoy their visit, and both waitress and water boy are at the table before you even realise you need something.

In any case, we went back there the next night when the restaurant and the staff were more relaxed. Excellent food, good portions and friendly staff, what else can you wish for?

We had a warm and helpful waitress. Good burgers and fries. Lively rooms, dark old wood sea faring design. Excellent location. Nice area for a walk and some exploration after dinner around the dock and ferry.

Taking Ferry to Nantucket or coming back to Hyanis, this is a great place to eat. Parking, wonderful service and excellent food. Best french fries and very fresh seafood, burgers too.
Waiting for ferry or coming back at noon, try this one. You will like it.
