“Steak Tips - a must”
Reviewed June 30, 2014

Loved it a few years ago and came back for a visit during the Memorial Day weekend, and it's still great food, really nice atmosphere - if a bit hectic. The bartender is wonderfully engaging and the beers are good and varied - you can't lose here!

“British Beer Company -Hyannis, MA”
Reviewed June 24, 2014

We ate at the BBC in Hyannis, MA in June 2014. I wasn't sure what to expect based on some of the reviews, but our hosts recommended it for a late lunch and we were able to get a table with no wait.
The restaurant itself was dimly lit but had several TV's showing the World Cup so that could have been the reason. The menu is enormous and features American and British favorites. There is a nice kids menu as well. My wife had the veggie burger which she felt was "ok". I had the steak and ale pie and it was very good. The French fries were tasty as well. There is a lot of beer on tap and there is a menu for that as well. 12oz beers were $3.50 which didn't seem that bad and allowed us to try several during our lunch.

Recommended.

“great food unexpectedly”
Reviewed June 12, 2014

Been here many times, but like unlike many other chain restaurants whos quality seems to always go down, this place is actually improving. The chowder was onevof the best I've had. The poaches fish chowder special was good and creative. The chicken pot pies are amazing. One of our other guests had the shephards pay they cook it in a crepe but said it was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. Only bad thing I can think of was the lights were a little more dimmed than usual.

“Good food!”
Reviewed June 9, 2014 via mobile

Came here for a late lunch past weekend. Was empty and we were a little worried but we assumed it was due to our odd timing. We ordered the chicken pasta dish, the chili salmon, the blackened mahi mahi and the pulled pork sandwich. All were great and we got great service! Happy we went!
