This restaurant is new and probably open only a week when we dined there. We have watched with great anticipation as they took a building that was flooded out and in terrable shape and have built something beautiful. The interior is new and modern and shows no signs of how bad this place looked. The building is very old and we had hoped it would retain some of it's heratage but that probably would not go well with the Brazilian BBQ. We had a drink outside on a beautiful evening. Unfortunately due to some town rule they cannot bring the meats outside so we had to dine inside. There were good options at the buffet but the hot section could have been better. They were also lacking lables so some items could not be identified. When the meats came they began slow but did do much better after a few minutes. We did somehow miss a couple of options that we only saw after we were full. As I said we were full so missing something was probably a good thing. Our wait person was there almost too often and only messed up at the end. Food was good to very good. Everyone was happy and trying hard to provide a good experience. Any minuses I have mentioned I attribute to everyone trying to learn a new system. They probable had too many employees but again some will probably not be there in a few weeks as the good stay and others leave. It was a weekend night and they had a small band playing as we were leaving. We walked passed about an hour later and the outside bar and tables were full of people having fun. We will return to see if they can get past the growing pains as with all the money that was put into this restaurant we hope they can grow into their potential.
