I was craving a nice steak dinner, so we headed to OBS Hyannis, Ma.
We asked for a table away from the windows because of the cold drafts we had last time there.
Ordered the a rib eye and the girls got tenderloins. The waiter brought someone else's order.
The order went back and ended up at the table next to us.
My steak was a poor cut of meat, NOT close to an 18 dollar meal. The manager actually tried to explain that heavy gristle is normal for this cut of meat.
After seeing a meal placed at the wrong table and reserved I'd never set foot there again.
