Delicious wood grilled pizza. Ordered the Pistachio Arugula Pizza, Meatball, and the Meatball Appetizer. The pizzas were very nicely toasted, thin, lots of flavor. The center part of the pizza could benefit a bit more cooking mainly because the dough becomes overly soggy in the middle. When you pick up a slice, the middle of the slice falls apart, which you may now need to fold it to eat.

I'm a bit biased because I'm from NY, the land where pizza reigns king here. The Pistachio Arugula is definitely the favorite, very creative and light. Delicious. Would definitely return again. Found this place on yelp when we were in the area, great gem!

We found Pizza Barbone while visiting Cope Cod for the first time when we stopped in for a quick lunch. I think we found a little jewel. The food and menu are fresh, inviting, resonalble and a step above other places we experienced. Our service was friendly and professional. The dinning roon is very clean and inviting.
This place stayed on our minds so we returned for a second visit on our way back from Providence and we had another wonderful experience.

We had a roasted pepper and feta appetizer and pistachio cake with mascarpone cream and homemade fresh blueberry gelato, to start and end an enjoyable dining experience. Both presentations were something that you would expect in a Michelin starred restaurant. In between we had a margarita pizza on a crispy crust, cooked in a wood fired oven, topped with imported Italian tomatoes, fresh basil and fresh mozzarella cheese. It was as close to a pizza in Naples, Italy as I have had in the US. As really good as the meal was, it was complimented by the best server I have had anywhere, anytime. She was prompt, knowledgable and courteous. She was from Ireland, where apparently servers understand that they can make or break a dining experience.

The salad was excellent (beet salad), then the meatball pizza was great too! Service was great and we liked the ambiance as well. We would go back for sure.

Always wanted to stop here on past trips and finally got to do so on this vacation. Do yourself a favor and have a meal here at least once if in town. The reviews are legit. Cozy well decorated dining area, very nice ambience. No wait the weekend we went which was the first weekend of this summer. Seated right away and excellent server in Margot. A sweetheart. Pizza was great and salads were amazing. You can also have a glass of wine or a local beer. Pleasant dining experience, not sure how long the wait would be in the dead of summer but if you are walking by on Main St and the wait is not long I recommend you stop in. They even use a rare pizza oven hand made in Italy that supposedly cooks your pizza in 90 seconds. Just a tip, the pizza pies are meant to be an individual pie for adults but you could definitely split one pie for every 2 children. Enjoy.
