Good location to visit Hyannis Main Street, which has a good choice of restaurants, bars etc...Free WiFi is very poor if away from reception area. Room was poor, bathroom area was reasonable. One night here was enough.

The room and facilities were acceptable until we flushed the toilet. Water flooded the bathroom and the management team endeavored to clear a blockage but were unable to do so late in the evening. Surely the cleaning staff would have cleaned and flushed the toilets as part of the regular cleaning process? They transferred us to another room which was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. The staff on the desk spoke briefly and lacked enthusiasm. Breakfast catered for a wide selection of tastes.

This hotel is good value for the price you pay, and is good location within walking distance of the harbour and shops etc. However our room was not very clean. When we walked in we noticed tissues with hairs in them along the windows, and pizza crusts under the sink.
In the bedroom there was a pizza wrapper behind the locker, and numerous hairs in the bed and on the bed sheets. Because of this reason, I would not go back.

Although we booked an recently remodeled room, I didn't notice any remodeled efforts. The room smelled musty and the carpet looked a bit worse for wear. Vinyl shower curtain was moldy and bathroom fan did not ventilate well. We did have a fridge and microwave which was great.

When we arrived at 930 at night, the guy behind the desk pretty much handed my key (an actual key) and said "it's on the right." Yes, it was fairly quick and efficient, but I expected a bit more than "it's on the right." During checkout, no one was in the office. We had to wait - less than five minutes.

Breakfast was a plus, cereal, bread, bagels, and muffins. Not bad for free. Location was decent, although I would have chosen something closer to the Martha's Vineyard ferry, if that's where you're visiting (45 min away).

Since we prepaid (for a slightly better rate) I felt that we couldn't complain about the quality of room. I expected more from a recently renovated room. Yes, it's a two star hotel, but I expected more from America's Best.

I stayed for 5 nights (April 12 to 17) and I was not impressed and won't be returning. First the good - The check-in process was quick and efficient. The free breakfast provided a good choice of cold items although the room size was too small for the size of the facility and most mornings I'd head back to my room. It must be wonderful in the busy season. Also the Wi-Fi was reasonably fast (I was in room 51). Now for the rest of the story . . . the cleaning staff were poorly trained (because of the start of a new season?) and for example missed making the bed up properly (missing a top sheet). There was extensive black mold in the tub caulking and the tub spigot dripped. I travel continually and am not handicapped but this is the first place I have stayed in that didn't have ONE grab bar for tub users. This a lawsuit waiting to happen. There must be a police or fire station nearby because sirens are frequent. Also, this hotel uses a pickup truck owned by them to haul away bags of garbage and it was always parked (for 5 days and nights) in a spot designated for handicapped guests. Things like this tell me a lot about a place's management. This is an old and dated facility in an iffy neighborhood that's right out of the 70's and I will not be back.

Average room, good for a one nigh stop, it was clean which was great. The breakfast was a joke. The front desk staff were friendly. The surrounding area was a bit scary, but overall our experience was ok.

My Fiance and I stayed only one night, but the room was very clean and quiet, and the Continental breakfast was good. The hotel is nicely located in close proximity to shops, the town docks, and Rt 28.
