It is literally right across the street from the boats. The hotel and rooms are severely dated. I was not too fond of the glass sliding door. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and some of the fixtures needed attention. The breakfast in the morning was pretty disappointing but what do you expect for continental? Again, you can't beat the location. I doubt I would stay at this hotel again. I do plan on coming back to Hyannis in the near future. Hopefully the owners will put some money into this place to bring it up to industry standards.

Came back after 15 years to this motel and stayed in a harbor view room for 4 nights over Columbus Day weekend. It has the best location in Hyannis. Loved being directly across the street from the harbor .The motel is very clean, staff is very nice and accommodating. Harbor restaurants were close by and Main Street was only a short walk away with lots of restaurants and shops.

My husband and I spent a few days here and very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a perfect location overlooking the harbour in Hyannis within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and attractions. It is not a luxury property but the rooms are clean and quite big. The decor is somewhat tired but the price is reasonable. Coffee juice and pastries were included in lieu of breakfast. It would be a big improvement if something savoury were to be included e.g. bread rolls or bagels. We could not see the point of sweet food for breakfast. All in all a nice place to "chill out" at a reasonable price.

Room Tip: Rooms on the upper floor have views of the harbour

Great place, great location, great staff!!. Right across from the Hyannis Harbor, easily accessible boat ride to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, you can also catch a one hour boat ride around the harbor with a bird's eye view of the town and its beautiful surroundings. You can also visit the JFK Museum and lots more!!!

Room Tip: For better view of the harbor, choose rooms that are on upper level

A very basic hotel with throwbacks to the 70's.  Location is wonderful as it is directly across from the Hyannis Harbor.  If you are looking for super modern with loads of extra's then this is bit the place for you.  It is a simple, clean, and fair priced motel.

Pro's
-directly across from the harbor
-very clean rooms
-majority of the staff is wonderful and very helpful
-ample parking
-indoor and outdoor pools
-free coffee and small pastries
-family run for many years
-loads of coupons and brochures in the office.
-great evening staff recommended the Black Cat next door..thank you!

Con's
-was a wonderful weather day on that Friday and Saturday and the lady (who is pregnant) refused to open the pool outside.  There were kids that thought 80 and mostly sunny in the afternoon was too cool.  Same weather on that Thursday and Monday and pool was open (different lifeguard)

-one very rude and condescending front desk employee (daytime, woman, glasses)  I wish I had her name because I would have spoken to the owner)  She was observed to be very mean to a fellow worker in the parking lot.  He was a maintenance worker who was very friendly with everyone. She was screaming and berating him in the lot about a trash bag and towels.  We had just been walking through the lot and heard her very loudly.  We even hard issues with her at the front desk when we asked a few questions about the pool and about an Internet coupon.  We are not sure if we would go back again next summer vacation as it really just bothered us a great deal.  Our kids were amazed at her and would see her and they would go the other way.

Otherwise, we would stay there again if you can avoid the one bad apple.  Sad because we had a wonderful vacation when not considering her.  I hope that it will be taken care of in the future.

Room Tip: Would stay on a second floor room for a view of the boats
