The train experience on the railroad used to be fun. The train is under new mangement and the experience is not the same. The train is being crewed by management and they are not providing a positive expeience. They do not know how to work the pa system, control the volume and when playing music you either have it blaring or not at all. The person running the snack bar is inept, the staff running the group department are incompetent, the food service is non existent. When i complained to customer service about the lack of service there was no response. When i complained to management about how my guests were unahappy the response was we will look into it. Rather then try and resolve issues the new management prefers to make excuses for bad service and insufficent untrained staff. There are lots business on the cape where you can get much better value for your dollar. It is one thing to make an error, another when the mangement prefers to make excuses for incompetence, then to make customers happy.
