If you are a foodie like me, you are going to love this place. We just came back from a 2 night stay and it was more than I could ask for. I did not expect such a unique experiences. The owner Adrian is the nicest guy, the place is very clean and modern but yet has a charm. The place feel very warm and welcoming, our room was great. When we arrived, we were greeted with such amazing hospitality and served the best Lobster roll of my dreams. The breakfast is just phenomenal, it feels like a luxury Michelin experience, something I have never experienced before and we travel a lot. The quality of the food is better than any place we stayed at, we almost wished we could have had every meal there :). We can't wait to go back again next year. I am pretty convinces this place is going to be on every top magazine for places in Cape Cod!
The location is also great, and very close to the marina, where we took the ferry to get to Martha's (or you could go to Nantucket for the day). You need to come here and book soon, the experience this amazing stay, thank you Adrian.

What B&B greets their guest with a lobster roll with an arugula salad lightly tossed with truffle oil paired with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc Adrian just happened to have open for cooking? There were flowers and candles on the table with perfect music in the background, and views of his kitchen and the backyard. It was dusk with light rain, and the home was warm, cozy and inviting and smelled fabulous!. His other guests were already seated starting on their incredible meal. Their company and conversation added to the entire experience. (Breakfast was just as high end and wonderful.)
The Sea Street Inn is a classic Cape Cod on the outside with a nice mix of original features, such as the yummy original wood floors, beautiful staircase, and the arched ceilings, combined with very cool contemporary elements, such as the baked oak wood work, the open kitchen and the professional photography. There are different outdoor seating areas where you can admire the architecture, as well as the beautiful hydrangeas and seashell drive, while enjoying your favorite beverage or book.
The Sea Street Inn is located walking distance to Keyes Memorial Beach and Ocean Avenue Beach, which is right below the Kennedy Compound. It’s also very close to the ferry services and downtown Hyannis.
Book now because the word will be out soon, and demand will go up along with prices, I’m certain. It’s open year-round so I would stay here whatever the season.
