Nice little self guided factory tour that was free. Wouldn't go out of my way for this but if you are in the area it is worth a stop.

“Broad brush on potato chip production … and great gift shop”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2014

If you don't know Cape Cod Potato Chips, then you just don't love this tasty fried potato snack! I recommend a visit to the chip factory if you love chips and especially if you want some high quality "Cape Cod Potato Chip" bling (T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, etc.) and/or very fresh chips all at reasonable prices. There is a small bag of free chips at the end of the tour. This tour is self-guided and can require up to 20-30 minutes if you read all the interesting information posted on colorful placards along the tour route. The "tour" is actually "potato chip factory revealed" as the full length of the production area is visible through a plexiglass wall; small children need to be lifted to see the action. Our visitors enjoyed the experience. There is no fee or schedule for the tour -- so it's great to 'fill in' between other activities -- and the facility is open weekdays during business hours.

“OK, If You're In The Area Anyway”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2014 credit card Amex Card Member Review

The "tour" really just consists of a corridor with windows overlooking the factory and some signs to read.
It's fun to see if you are already in the area, but totally not worth it as a special trip.
There is a gift shop at the end of the corridor and they have a bin where you can take a small bag of chips.

“quick fun but a wee meh...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 9, 2014

look - the chips are great - no diss on them! it was a self-guided tour with information and lots of signs saying NO PICTURES OF OUR SUPER SECRET POTATO CHIP MAKING OOMPAH LOOMPAHS!!! (kidding - I wish they had potato chip making oompah loompahs!!) - a little boring and it leaves you off to buy huge bags of their products (teeny weeny free bags are offered, too - one per customer!) - you should def check this out, it's free, quick and leads to potato chips - but keep your expectations in check!!

“Nice spot for a snack and to stretch your legs”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 5, 2014

This "tour" was literally a hallway. It is self guided, so you can see as much or as little as you like. It was fun to read the information, and I appreciate their emphasis on a great product. There are small bags of free samples at the end and a small gift shop. We were there for about 30 minutes.
