It is pretty interesting to walk down the window lined hallway and watch a potato become a chip. Do it if you have a couple of minutes, but it will not take more than 15 minutes to complete the tour...hint: if you have small children hold them up to the windows, the workers LOVE to wave and sometimes bring out a fresh bag of chips off the line for the kids.

It's not a tour - it's a self guided walk down a hallway which lands you in a GIFT SHOP. At a POTATO CHIP FACTORY. Seriously? Disney World is one thing, but get real!!! My kids were thrilled to each get a free mini bag of chips at the end of the tour, that thrilled them more than the "tour" itself. Admittedly kind of neat to see the production line but it took less than fifteen minutes and was pretty lackluster.

After travelling to Hyannis a few times and enjoying Cape Cod Potato Chips many more times where we live in the UK, We made a point of visiting the Cape Cod Patato Chip factory on our recent trip to Hyannis.

As others say, the tour is quite short, and self guided, but we still found it interesting. The factory workers looked really happy in their jobs, and gave us plenty of waves and smiles.
The gift shop was nice, and the free chip samples were greatly appreciated.

We'd like to make a point of thanking Wayne particularly, he was such a nice chap, fun and informative!

Awful, not much to see, just a store selling stuff....and you get to look through a window. A wast of time!!

I agree with other reviews...great for a rainy day (which is when we did it). Fast self-guided tour...free samples and a decent gift shop.
