We checked in a little late, but he waited for us to get there. He gave us our key and we were amazed to walk through the door to this spacious suite! The room was partial views, and they were great. The room was very clean and great beach decor. It had a small table, kitchenette with stainless mini-fridge and a Keurig! The bathroom was in its own separate area. With both front and back doors that led to balconies, it was really great. The beds were comfy, and in the lobby were some super muffins and fruit to have for breakfast in the morning. We are already planning to go back!

Room Tip: If available get the partial views room.

We stayed here recently at the very last minute when our original plans fell through. When we called the hotel, they were incredibly accommodating and got us into a room within an hour. It's more of a motel in that each room has it's own private entrance. The lobby looked like it was recently updated- very clean and modern. We also were able to bring our dogs with us, which was nice, since the only other hotel in town is not pet friendly. The room wasn't fancy, but completely fine for our needs. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, complementary water and snacks. The bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. TV was older and not HD but they had full cable. We stayed here in the winter, but would definitely return in the summer since the beach is right across the street!! You can walk to a good breakfast place (Toast-take a left out of hotel and it's on your left in the plaza), though this hotel offers coffee and morning pastries every day, and there are a handful of restaurants on the water only a few minutes away. The staff was very friendly. If you are looking to escape the city and see the ocean, I would completely recommend this hotel! It's a lot less expensive than the big hotel down the street but is still close to everything. I noticed they offer weekly rentals too- perfect for a vacation.

This little hotel was wonderful place to stay! I would highly recommend it & will be returning again in the summer… All of the staff were very nice and the room was very clean. The person that checked me in gave us wonderful suggestions on places to eat and shop. The housekeepers were both very nice and kept our room very clean and even thanked us for staying and said to us that they looked forward to us coming back. We can't wait until we return this summer!!!

Clean, spacious rooms with kitchenette, refrigerator, snacks, bottled water included. The person at the desk, Dolores, was both professional and warm. In fact, she just called us to say we left an item in the room. This is the kind of professional service that was apparent in every aspect of the hotel. Coffee, fruit and muffins were also complimentary. Great location, great service, great rooms. A++++

We stayed for a long weekend this November. The rooms were newly remodeled and were bright, updated, and cheerful. The kitchen table was wonderful and usable. The kitchenette, which included a sink, was perfect and the complementary snacks were an unexpected treat.

The towels in the bathroom were so luxurious that we wrote down the name to look for some. The rooms all have front and back doors, which makes it lovely to go outside. We had a partial ocean view, and it was enchanting. Even out the back window, we could see beautiful fog rolling in during the morning.

The staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. And we mean everyone from the innkeeper himself to the desk staff and the maid/cleaning crew. In each case, when we had a question or needed something, they gave us individual attention.

Breakfast was fresh, warm muffins from some lovely bakery, fruit, and coffee or tea from a Keurig coffee maker. It suited us perfectly and we enjoyed several leisurely continental breakfasts in our room, at a nice kitchen table that was much more functional than the round wobbly ones found in a lot of chains.

Although we could see the rooms were freshly repainted, we saw a painting crew arriving as we were leaving, so it is obvious that the owner has a commitment to keeping this jewel in tiptop shape. Everything, from decor, the plasma tvs, the landscaping, the people, etc. reflected their commitment to excellence. This was also apparent when we saw the packed parking lot and so many people during off season.

The only improvement we would recommend would be better lighting around the beds for reading. We had clip on reading lights with us, but it would be nice to have the lighting improved.

One final comment - friends of ours stayed down the street at another hotel. They were kept awake one evening by a rowdy group of patrons in that hotel's bar. And, although their rooms were higher priced than ours, they said they were nothing special. Ours were not haute couture, but this place is special.

We just stayed in the 3 bed house, which was superb! Had its own kitchen, was very spacious, clean and modern with a lovely feel to it. Price was very reasonable, plus everyday they provided lots of free muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea. The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area of Hull or Boston, but don't want to stay in the city.

I can't say enough about the staff of Nantasket Hotel at the Beach. From the front desk to the lounge, restaurant chefs and wait staff, housekeepers, management...each and everyone of them made our stay truly memorable. The view from the room's private balcony was fabulous and just steps away from the beach.

This was a very special trip for us... a Bucket List trip. After sight seeing on the East Coast for a over a week, we were going to stay at Nantasket for a night and then drive on up to Maine. However, after checking in we decided we just had to spend our remaining vacation days at Nantasket. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful trip.

Room Tip: We had a beach front room on the third floor. Amazing view. Fireplace. Beautiful!
