“Awesome Deli huge sandwiches”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

Old school New York style deli, the sandwiches are so large it's to get your mouth around them. The Corned Beef is superb, all the salads are freshly made and the offer daily soups of the day. Thursday is Chili day made with clunks of steak rather than hamburg, it's delicious. They also do catering. This is a mostly a lunch spot, but if you eat dinner early you can grab a great bite at Brad's

“The Best Chicken Salad - PERIOD!!”
Reviewed June 25, 2013

A good many patrons do take out, I usually do most of the time. The employees here are top notch providing great service of sandwiches, soups and deli. The humor and decor are also interesting as you can stare at the 3 Stooges right by the Cash Register as you check out. Now let's get to the food. Any sandwich bread or roll you might want is here and very fresh. The chicken salad (mentioned in my title) has a blend of walnuts and cranberries lightly mixed into a moist mixture of chicken salad. Add some lettuce, tomatoes, onions or anything else you might want on your sandwich and you have a real taste of heaven. Cold Cuts here are fresh along with their other salad mixes and soups. The locals in Hudson know this place, but I dare say that out of area travelers on Route 85 are unlikely to find this place unless a local person points it out. This place is your above average deli and my only criticism is they close by mid afternoon which means you are out of luck if you want to have a soup and sandwich type dinner.

“Fresh is always better and Brad's is always fresh”
Reviewed March 5, 2013

I found out about this place from somebody who lives in Hudson. You can throw a rock and hit a half dozen chain restaurants; and they're all okay for what they offer. But if you want something that involves a slightly different combination of ingredients, you'd be hard pressed at the chains. Brad's makes a nice sandwich, just the way you want it. I have gotten cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato on pumpernickel bread with Thousand Island dressing. Not on the menu but they have the fixin's so you have the sandwich. Lots of cold cuts, lots of breads and rolls, lots of sides, lots of soups, salads and deserts. A large selection of varied bottled soft drinks. Not too many seats (maybe a half dozen tables or so) and they do a huge take out business, so don't be surprised if you see a line. But wait! It's worth it!The place is easy to miss on Rt 85 North but it's worth keeping your eyes peeled. I gave a "Very good" for "Large groups" and "Business meals" but not on site...they do catering and the same food tastes just as good in your conference room.
