We stayed for one night at this Best Western during a road trip to Hampton Beach. We were put in a basement room that was dark but otherwise okay. The room was clean and the beds were fine, we even had a fridge and microwave. The waffles at breakfast were also decent. The thing that really upset me was when we went to check out. They tried to charge us $1 for using the in room safe, which we did not use (and is normally free at any other hotel I have ever stayed in). When I brought this to the attention of the lady at the checkout counter she agreed to remove the charge but she was quite rude about it. Even though it was only $1 I felt like they were trying to scam us. I then requested to use the printer (35 cents per page) to print a document I had on a USB drive. She curtly informed me that I can only print if I download it from the internet and that internet (although there is free wireless in the rooms) is $3 per 15 min at the computer in the lobby (which is the only way you can print). I would pick another hotel next time I am in Haverhill, this one was nothing special, the staff was unpleasant and they will scam you for a few bucks.
