The menu at Ember was great...lots of pizza options from their coal-fired oven. I love thin crust pizza and since we were visiting the cape, I got the scallops, bacon and asparagus pizza. It was delicious, but the only issue I had was that the crust was too thin (if that's possible). With it being so paper thin, the ingredients had a tendency to weigh down the middle of the pizza. It didn't negatively affect the taste, but I would have liked a better crispy crust all the way through.
