My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely inn in the last week of September 2012.

We found the rooms very warm and cozy. The location was right by the beach.

The manager, Michael, was also very welcoming and professional.

We would definitely advise any of our acquaintances to stay here and we do also hope to be back at this location.

Room Tip: Choose a Superior room even though a moderate one is also good

A 5- star rating for Michael Hanover, Manager of the Saedar Inn, Harwich Port, MA.

Michael is a personable, friendly, competant manager from handling reservations to greeting guests, creating a casual, relaxed atmosphere, making everyone feel welcome at a typical " Cape Cod Inn".

The rooms are well kept - good beds, bathrooms, flat screen TV's and a delicious continental breakfast,

After coming here for the past 45 years, we heartly recommend the Seadar Inn, due to the dedication and hard work of Michael Hanover.

Thoroughly enjoyed a great week again at The Seadar. Truly a great spot on the beach, quaint Cape town, good area restaurants, great location on the Cape and friendly people. Michael and his staff do an excellent job and always enjoy meeting and talking with the other guests at breakfast. We have been going for 26 years and will be back next year. Thank you.

we stayed at the sedar inn last year without reservations and loved it, and are headed back this year. the atmosphere is unpretentious and charming. being a native mass residents i tend to stay away from the cape. however, the inn and michael offer such a relaxed and mature stay that for us, in october, it is the perfect get away. cannot wait to get there. affordable, clean, lots of places to walk, and quiet. the fact that it's on the ocean calls us back.

Room Tip: if you walk to the resturants at night, wear a light colored coat. we both wore dark clothing, even...

Seadar Inn was close to the sea and the area wasn't over populated. Great place to spend with a young family that enjoys the beach. Mike the innkeeper was a welcoming host that would answer any question one would have. The continental breakfast was great and there was always plenty of food (I would look into it if someone had any food allergies. A nice place to stay, but the rooms need to be improved. For example, there was tons of dust on the windows and there were holes in the sheets. Overall, pretty good and affordable to stay in a great city.

Room Tip: Ask for the two room suite

We recently stayed at the Seadar Inn for 4 nights. We have to begin by saying that Michael was a most excellent, helpful, kind manager. He graciously answered all our questions and patiently listened to our 7-year old daughter and her stories! He made us feel welcome. The location really was perfect - such a short walk to the semi-private beach... literally a couple of minutes away. The inn is on Braddock Lane which is a delightful street for a short walk to Main St. It is also close to larger nearby towns, like Chatham. The rooms are modest but clean, and sufficient for short stays. The breakfast is standard with fruits, bagels, english muffins, cereal, cake, juice and coffee served. There are a few breakfast places in town if you desire a hot breakfast. Overall this was a great experience and we would definitely return! Just keep in mind, the rooms aren't sound proof so there's a chance you'll hear people but it's not something that should hinder your experience. There may be a problem booking online so we suggest calling and talking to Michael directly. It's the personalized service that gives an Inn a chance at success while offering a great experience to vacationers.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms may be preferable.
