The tour was very well done. Andrea brings you around on a small bus and she explains how a working organic farm operates month-by-month. You get out of the bus several times and she does a great job of keeping everyone entertained. There's a lot of animals too to keep kids interested.

Just don't rely on your GPS to get you there, most won't find the place, follow the directions from their web site.

We have been going to Cape Cod every year since 2002...so it's sometimes hard to find new and different sites/tours to try out. This year, we decided to give the cranberry bog tour a whirl. Andrea, our tour guide and owner of this organic cranberry farm, was extremely welcoming and down to earth. She was also very informative giving us all the low down on what happens on a certified organic cranberry farm from Jan-Dec. Our tour was a little larger so we took a small sized bus around the farm which was hot, but suitable. She went through the step by step process as to how the berries are harvested and showed us some of the old fashioned farm equipment that is still being used today to harvest the berries. I notice a lot of other reviewers stated they took their children....I however, would not recomend it. Yes there are a few animals wandering around the farm...but i would think the 90 minutes of talking about harvesting berries would be boring to any child...animals or not...just my opinion. DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE BERRIES BEING HARVESTED THOUGH! We went on our tour in early Sept and there wasnt a soul on the farm harvesting berries...and like another reviewer said, dont expect to see men with waders on raking through berries in the water....that literally only happens 1-3 days PER YEAR. So there is a very good chance that you wont see any harvesting of berries. There was a small gift shop that you can browse in after the tour...mostly cranberry related items. Over all it was a decent afternoon and Andrea did a great job making everyone feel welcome and informed.

This hour and a half tour is a blast for all ages. The family that runs this farm is awesome and the tour not only explains the process of growing and harvesting organic berries (fascinating) but also includes face to face time with all sorts of farm animals. The work ethic and creative entrepreneurial spirit of the tour guide (Andrea) and her family are super admirable and really come out in the tour. The adults loved it and so did the kids.

Our group was made up of three families (we didn't know each-other) there were 5 children and they raged in age from 7 yrs to 6 months. My kids LOVED the buss, the animals and seeing all the equipment. I liked hearing the year long process and the background of what it take to be certified organic.

Andrea is such a neat person who is such a hard worker! Her tour explained how the whole process of a bog works. I had no idea what all is involved. She is great at explaining everything! Seeing the cows, goats, ducks, peacock and dogs was entertaining Thanks for such a great day!
