“Great Family Skiing”

It is a much better resort for those beginning to ski or have been on the slopes for a few years. Range of easy to hard runs.

“Super Bowl weekend at Jiminy”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

One of our favorite mountains. Living in Saratoga, we have several options when it comes to skiing. Jiminy is more expensive that other places around, but we still go since it's about one hour away(Don't go through Troy. I rather go to 90 and take 43 all the way to Brodie) and it has all levels of challenge. This weekend, we took took begginers along - one snowboarder, one skier. It's worth considering the Lesson Package that includes lift ticket and equipment.
My favorite is twilight and we love the 10 PM closing!

For food, avoid the food court. Walk the extra 50 yds to the Tavern. It's family-friendly, stays open later than the food court and you can soothe your wounds with a drink or two!.

“Family Friendly Mountain”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Excellent ski area for beginners! Also, lots of fun, lots of trails for intermediate through expert skiers and snow boarders. Relatively new base area with clean, friendly facilities. Easy to get to from MA, CT, and much of NY.

“Summer Adventure Park”
Reviewed January 27, 2013

The playground was fantastic for young children. Long lines due to a very large group staying at the hotel and participating in activities. Many nice things to do and try but there are extra charges for things like the zipline and chair lift ride beyond your writst band for the adventure park.
