This review might be totally different if I were writing it in the winter. Even though it was summer, you can see the ski slopes and they utilize the chair lifts as part of Jiminy Peak. But this review is about the Wyndham.
The lobby was very nice and the staff well trained. We arrived around 7pm and had not trouble checking in. Even though there were only 3 of us, we ended up with a 2 bedroom suite. The front desk advised me that most of their rooms were 2 bedrooms and they had very few 1 bedroom or efficiencies.
The room is very nice and it is certainly a place you could spend a week. Large kitchen and living room. Table that seats 6 comfortably. All the appliances and utensils and they were either new or very well kept which was unusual for a time share type residence.
There are 2 bathrooms in the unit, one in the master bedroom and the other off the living room. The master has a shower in the toilet area and a garden tub. The tub was very nice but putting the shower in the toilet area was a little strange. The second bathroom only has a shower. If you are staying in the second bedroom you have to exit your room to use the bathroom as it is shared with the living room and kitchen.
Over all the room was very nice. Nothing spectacular. Here are a few concerns.
The walls are paper thin. We heard people above us, in the hall and next to us. I heard water running in the walls. Do not expect quiet here.
It smelled like pee in the elevator.
The doors to the outside did not lock. Anyone could easily walk in.
The master bedroom only has one light switch besides the toilet area. The one light controls the ceiling light and the bathroom light so if you want to brush your teeth while your spouse is sleeping, you need a flashlight or a sound sleeper.
There is nothing really to do here. There are several restaurants on the property. Both are okay but that is what you get in the berkshires, okay. Jiminy Peak is right next door and it is an okay amusement park with an alpine slide and a zip line, but it is nothing spectacular. Of course, both my kids (13 & 15) said they loved the park area but you really can only do it one day.
Like I said at the beginning, if I came in January, this review might be different but for summer time, there are many, many better places to go.

Great location and they really work to keep the place well kept and painted. The beds are very comfortable. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and the bedrooms butt up against each other. We could hear the conversations of the couple next door without listening-even ear-plugs didn't help. The kitchen has no cabinet to store spices or groceries. Water pressure in showers was very weak. There was free WIFI in the condo.
The sign leading to the mail entrance is misleading.
The itinerary from RCI said that the check out time was 10:30 and it is really 10:00AM
