Enjoyed a very nice meal here tonight. The food was excellent. Everything came out quickly and hot. The food prices were competitive. The service was very good. We never felt rushed. The drink prices were high. Our meal for two, with one cocktail each, appetizer and entree came to $82.00. Worth checking out.

Wonderful creations at a great value. Service is impeccable! If the tables are filled, the bar is very inviting. I had the crazy Alfredo with extra spice. It was a generous portion. The sauce was light with the perfect amount of sausage in the dish. There are plenty of vegetarian choices on the menu too.

Excellent food, nice dining rooms. New owners at location of old Carmelina's, completely reliable nightly cooking, with solid choices of wine, spirits. Occasional music on weekend nights. Can get very busy on fall weekends when area colleges or UMass. have events. Reservations wise then.

Loved this place. Food was excellent. We ate at the bar, Steve the bar tender was great. On Tuesday nights they have couples night. You share an appetizer, each get a salad and entree, and you share a desert and the best part is a bottle of wine . All for $80. Highly recommend thisplace

Had visited when it was carmelina's and had enjoyed the food nothing to tip the scale either way. Have dined at Alina's several times and other than its a nice place to visit on weekends because of the wonderful piano player and good cocktails with reasonably priced wine it's not a must. The dishes have been hit or miss and what has happened to the portions! the "large" is barely enough to satisfy. A few weeks ago I had a risotto dish and again the other night my husband had the risotto with short ribs, it falls short the creaminess isn't there, it's a little undercooked with lacking flavor however my husband said the short ribs were delicious. I had mahi mahi and it was a little overgrilled on the outside needing a knife however the inside was still moist, a few weeks ago we had the tuna tartare and it was delicious and it was chopped correctly, recently it was chunked too large and needed a knife to separate the chunks. The service is always good I want to add. The crazy alfredo is delicious but portions are much smaller and the appetizer offerings need to either be expanded or changes more frequently. We like to spend a few hours in a restaurant starting with cocktails and apps before moving on to dinner however here we just to find enough apps to interest us. I also want to add that the chef was in the kitchen doing the cooking so it wasn't lack of him being present. Perhaps we will try again in several months, maybe he will improve.
