I've stayed at this hotel many different times for business. Whether you have a good or bad experience depends, in large part, on the room you get. Some (bad) rooms are dated: they could use a softer bed and a newer TV. Some (good) rooms have been "redone": they have a softer bed and a new TV. Overall, the bathrooms could use an overhaul.
Continental breakfast is reasonable - coffee, juice, milk, eggs, english muffins, bread (toast), muffins (pre-packaged), waffles, cereal (2 choices, both blah). Service varies based on the individual at the counter - sometimes very responsive and available, other times I couldn't find the person on duty. There is a computer and printer available in the lobby. I've never tried the pool.
My last comment - I see about one bug (or less) a day. Everything else about the room - linens, etc. - seems clean. So, the bug thing is odd, and for a long time I never noticed, but then a (former) guest commented on it and since then I've noticed. I haven't decided whether I'll continue to stay here - budget (per diem) friendly options in Greenfield are limited.
Even though the hotel is poor to average for its price range, I might recommend it to cash-strapped friends.More
