Second visit and really like this restaurant. Where possible, they always source local and organic produce. The surroundings are (rustic) contemporary and the staff very attentive.
A must visit.

This is a pleasant place with good service. We had lunch, which was reasonably good calamari and good mussels.
However the prices were what a friend would call exuberant

Loved Cafe Adam when it first opened and every meal there was always terrific. New space is lovely and the menu continues to be impressive -- good wine list and great service. I look forward to returning.

We were looking forward to the "New" Cafe Adam and things were looking up when we arrived and found a very pleasant, quiet room and an interesting menu.

Sadly, the service was poor. They were very slow to take our drinks order and food order, but what really bothered us was how they didn't clear the table - cocktail glasses remained on the table through the meal, spills not cleaned up.

They've raised their prices a lot recently. What was once $24 is now $31 and not worth it. Bouillabaisse wasn't well balanced - 'safe' choices of flavorless fish with too much cream.

We just left the opening weekend of Horse Racing in Saratoga Springs . Heading back down thru the Berkshires we reunited with Cafe Adam in there new location. Great bar in which we sat and had a lovely lunch. Much larger than the previous location which was only 200 yards south on its current location.
