I am visiting/dog sitting my aunts house/dogs while they are away at a reunion in NY. My Aunt D. said that Baba Louies had the best pizza ever, then I overheard this obnoxious father at the Barrington Brewery (thats another review!) say that he waited over two hours for his pizza but it was well worth it. So I took a three hour nap, woke up at 9, they close at 10 on a saturday. I ordered one of those Riccardo's pizza. It had calamatta olives, sundried tomatos, roasted garlic, asiago cheese and mozz. A small was $14.00 and was 4 small pieces. Pretty outrageos price for the pizza I was given. I did not taste the sourdough in the pizza so I was dissapointed in that, because I love anything sourdough. The oven that the pizza was in must have been filthy because the bottom of the pizza was dusty and tasted burnt. All in all it was just okay, it did not amaze me. Caserta's in Providence is still the best pizza I have had, next to Lou Malnatis in IL.
