don't listen well, when asked if i would like my sandwich toasted, i replied no, another staff member picked up my sandwich and toasted it anyway. when i confronted them about it requesting they remake the sandwich, they said they could remake it but they would have to charge me for two sandwiches. why should i have to pay for a mistake made by a staff member? the two girls working there seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.
