This is a very large house, more than adequate in size for a group of ten people. It has a big yard and a spectacular view of the mountains, especially from an upstairs window. The playroom is a nice touch for those with kids. There are two staircases, which is also nice.
I was under the impression that there were four full bathrooms (which I took to mean with showers). When we arrived, we found two bathrooms with showers, one with a tub, and one that was either a half-bathroom or had a tub (I can't remember). The description on the website may have changed since I was there - I'm not sure - and I find the current description confusing and don't see anything about a tub.
One big negative to this house is that there is only enough hot water for two to three showers. In a house that can hold ten people, I found this to be surprising and disappointing.
One of the bedrooms had a king-sized bed, one had a queen (or maybe a king), one had two twins, and the other two each had a full-sized bed. I disagree that "ten people can sleep very comfortably," because that would require two people in each of the full-sized beds. Yes, if they're children, not necessarily for adults.
The bedroom with the king-sized bed was very large, and the bed was very comfortable, but there was no privacy, because there were double-doors with glass panes leading out to the top of the stairs.
The house is secluded, but off of a main road, which is nice. However, it was very difficult to find. I would suggest getting detailed directions before going.
I'm on the fence about whether to recommend it or not. It's a large house, comfortable, has a nice outdoor area, but the lack of hot water, limited bedding, and lack of privacy in the master bedroom are negatives.
