Here for ArtWeek in Gloucester and were so glad we stopped here (although the outside was deceiving). Clam Chowder and House Salad were fresh and delicious - and both came with a popover as a bonus! Wonderful atmosphere and staff ... don’t miss this gem ... and off season is the perfect time to come here without long waits or lines.

Great atmosphere, the food was delicious and it had a wonderful presentation and the waitstaff was super friendly. The popovers and bottled water were a terrific addition.

I had not visited Passports Restaurant since a 2014 Saturday night block party, so when my friend suggested it for lunch on a recent midweek day, I was all for it. Everything was as good as ever! Our server was very friendly and professional, setting us up with freshly baked popovers right away. I ordered the Mushroom Torte appetizer, which is an impressive looking creation of layers of mushrooms and crepes. It was absolutely delicious! Since they offered a Coconut Shrimp appetizer special that day, I chose it for my main course. That was a great choice as well, very fresh and beautifully prepared. Definitely still one of Gloucester's nicest restaurants!

Friendly host welcomes you with a big smile. 1 minute after you sit down they serve you fresh, warm and homemade bun with butter.Very tasty. I ordered fried scallops. Amazingly juicy fresh and very tasty. Will come back to try different entrees.

Has a great busy vibe, yummy offerings, solid offerings on beverages! The gumbo, Cobb salad with grilled chicken and fish and chips never fail —- and as always ... die for the popovers!
