I had dinner on a clear evening with a beautiful sunset that was easily seen from the balcony of the restaurant, sitting right on the water front. What a great location. My waitress was very friendly and helped me to choose items from the menu. I had a baked Haddock-yummy! For desert a wonderful sponge pie. I meant just to take two bites and ended up eating it all with no problem. Coffee was good as well. The place was casual which suited me best, I was a bit sorry to find food crumbs under the table. Maybe it was due to a very busy day in the middle of the peak season.

Lunch at the Mile Marker was terrific. The lobster roll was perfect and filled with big chunks of Lobster. The steak tip wrap was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The location cannot be beat. Great views of the Annisquam river and plenty of incredible boats to look at.

We came from a whale watch and just passed this place. What a great view, good choices on the menu and really nice staff. It seems like a great resort as well- really clean, people having a good time but not crazy.

Wonderful setting, great staff. We went based on a recommendation in the Boston Globe for fried clams. They were, indeed, delicious, but very sparse for $22.00, maybe a total of eleven gigantic big bellied clams that looked especially lonely on the plate minus french fries. Everyone liked their lobster rolls, calamari appetizer, Thai salad, and especially the lobster bisque. Good drinks selection. Inconvenience for older folks: the restrooms are a hike from the seating area and you have to traverse an indoor pool area. All in all, a good choice but not the best in the area.

Liked every meal we had here. The waitresses we had were all wonderful. They knew what they were doing, helpful without being overbearing.
