Stayed here with our 13 and 16-year-old. Exceptionally beautiful view, very tranquil. Very, very lovely room - spotless - great deck to sit out on. Roomy with small refrigerator, so we ate lunch and breakfast on our deck. Short easy drive (mile or so) to Gloucester/Rockport. Can rent bike at a nearby shop (about 1/2 mile away). Beach is walking distance - a bit of a haul to drag stuff - expensive to park at beach. We rented bikes...dropped off stuff at the beach by car, and returned by bike. We loved the location of this place, as well as the decor, space, and cleanliness of the room. Staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming. The pool is super...nice size, comfortable chairs, beautifully landscaped with flowers and overlooks the ocean. Would recommend this place to anyone. Loved it and will be back.

I tried to book a few rooms for next year for 3 nights for my daughters wedding and they refused to take my reservations stating they had "regulars that had to service first and they really didn't want our business. " We are from the North Shore and very disappointed at how were treated. We went to another Inn that was happy for our business.

We are very sorry that the customer service you received was anything less than perfect! At the Atlantis Oceanfront Inn we pride ourselves in providing a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to all our guests.
We have enjoyed providing accommodations for many off season weddings over the years. Many of whom have become friends and return guests. However being a smaller property, it can be difficult to book larger groups too far in advance. We often contact the group closer to the end of the season prior to the scheduled event, to ensure that we have accurate availability and rates.
Again we are truly sorry that your experience was unpleasant. We would love for you to stop in again, maybe for breakfast. To show you that the Atlantis does value each guest that comes through our door.

Third stay and it is always exactly the same. PERFECT! Clean, friendly, every need met, close to shopping, art colony, and Gloucester restaurants. Just perfect! Also the favorite place of everyone we have introduced to the Inn. Breakfast is the best.

I never leave reviews but i really wanted to let everyone know that this place is very much worth the money. The views alone are unbeatable. This place was sooo clean. I'm the neurotic mother that travels with clorox, and i really only used it out of habit. The pool area is great, its a very family friendly place. Good Harbor beach is an easy 15 minute walk which is good b/c on a holiday-parking for that beach is $25. The staff was exceptionally helpful.
