“Easy on easy off”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 8, 2012

This tiny, picturesque beach is for Gloucester residents. It has an amazing tide height and changes dramatically at low tide. It is a great place for little kids and strollers, parking is on street or across street and at low tide it's a great place to search for sea glass.

“A good alternative beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 3, 2012

Plum Cove is a small beach with a few too many pebbles underfoot. However, it's small enough (like a little inlet) to supervise children without those moments of panic. The views across Ipswich Bay are fantastic. My niece & nephew enjoyed exploring here so much, among the rocks, that they'd request it over Good Harbor or Wingaersheek, two mammoth Gloucester beaches.
