Cleaning is free. Find a theme and go with it. Ask people in the industry who are VERY successful at this type of establishment as well as MANY restaurants their keys to success. May I suggest Alex Ray..Common Man owner and entrepreneur? Each of his establishments offer a theme, training, cleanliness at ANY time of the day and a comfortable atmosphere. I am sorry Cruisers. We had terrible limp fries and bland gravy with them. I was sick from eating the fried green beans for 1 1/2 days now..STILL trying to get it completely out of my system. The temp in the diner was sweltering. No one KNEW if the A/C was on or not. Little flies everywhere, nasty grill, 4 people working/hanging out and no one cleaning. No one offered to replace the fries or discount the check. Floor and counter were sticky. Pleased to hear that breakfast is great.. maybe THAT SHOULD be your focal point..Alex Ray..Common Man Restaurants..main office Ashland NH..He also runs the Tilt'n Diner and Route 101 Diner as well as Plain Janes..all Diners..all in NH..Never a bad meal..Kudos to the lil husky voiced waitress who tried her very best to make everything great..excellent effort..she should give lessons to the owners on Customer Service..Did I mention Cleaning is free?

Cruisers appealed to us because of its quirky shape and exterior decor. We decided to try it for breakfast and were amazed at how much was on the menu. You can get breakfast any time of day! We each had a breakfast sandwich and they were delicious. We ate at the counter, but there are quite a few tables. There are so many signs and so much memorabilia on the walls that you won't be bored for a minute. This is a place frequented by locals and we are so glad we happened upon it.

Cruisers offered a delucious breakfast with large pancakes and variety. "The Clark" breakfast was a full meal including a large pancake on the side. My daughter ordered peanutbutter n jelly pancakes. Although the breakfast sandwiches did not come with any sides and paled in size to other meals all food was cooked perfectly. I liked that you could add a variety of toppings to the belgium waffles.

We were seated quickly and waitstaff and kitchen staff were prompt. Diner was small and needed maintenance on floors walls and ceiling tiles.

Overall good food, quick service, lots of fun memoriabila to make for a pleasant meal.

Just like Mom makes but better (but don't tell her I said so!). The portion was very generous and for only $5.99 it was a great value. The meat was seasoned perfectly and was in nice big hunks. The corn was sweet with a slight crunch. The whipped potates were smooth and creamy. It was delicous! The place had a cool vibe with all the 50's memorabilia. Worth a stop if you are in the area.
