“Beautiful walk”
Reviewed September 1, 2013 via mobile

Great walking trail in the woods. Gives you lots of ideas for your own garden since they are all native plants. You can also purchase plants there.

“Lovely place for a stroll”
Reviewed August 14, 2013

Delightful place to stroll, either for a short 30 minutes or so on the main path or more if you branch off onto additional paths. The garden has both more landscaped areas and natural woods (although be advised this is not a formal-type garden but some lovely displays of native plants). One of the side trails off the main Curtis trail includes a lovely peaceful stream. Tucked away in a residential development, Garden in the Woods is a great surprise to all who come across it for the first time. Just be advised that it's considerably smaller than places like the Arnold Arboretum or Tower Hill Botanical Gardens.

“Nice place”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

The plant sale in June is a great place to buy shrubs and native plants. They also offer children's workshops in all year long. My daughter and I did the animal tracker event in the winter which was great. plenty of parking and very easy to get to. It's nice just to go for a stroll.

“Nice place to visit”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

We went in the spring for mother's day... it's the best time to go. Definitely when the Rhododendron's are in bloom... it's beautiful. Enjoy!
