One of the best sushi restaurants we have been to including fancy Boston and NYC establishments. The staff and ambiance were wonderful but alas it is gone. Please bring AOI back.

From the waitresses that recognized us when we came in to the quality of the food, a trip to Aoi was always a nice break and a nice meal. The most exquisite soups, and delicious sushi. it is now closed.

Food was adequate, but nothing great. There was a bit of server confusion; he forgot to bring a salad, and other items were served out of order. The hot-griddle-at-your-place item I ordered was an interesting gimmick, but difficult and sloppy to eat.

This was a take out order....prepared in an easy 30 minutes. There is attractive seating for dining in, but we weren't. Aoi is not a large establishment.
The sushi was very good, along with the various side dishes; fresh ingredients, tasteful presentation, and excellent flavor. The chicken fried rice was delicious. All their fried rice is gluten free, which is important to us.
There was a special coupon with a free sushi roll....a very nice perk. We fed four adults and two children, with plenty left over. We'll order there again.....from Southborough, right on the south side of Route 9.

Love this place among the many options on rt. 9 don't miss this gem. Great fresh sushi that rivals some of the more well known places in Natick/Framingham. Reasonable prices and good food.
