I stayed at this resort a few times over the past two months. I found it to be very modern and clean. I did stay one time in the king size bed/ fireplace room and found it to be a little more dated than the solely king size bed rooms. The beds were very soft. Very comfortable. The complimentary bath products are of higher quality as well as the coffee/tea products provided in your room. My only complaint was the breakfast experience. I got there at 15 min prior to closing and was told that I was free to have a seat and enjoy the continental buffet mind I didn't care that they would be configuring the dining room around me to accommodate a large party very soon. Two things... No more than 3 minutes after I arrived, the woman who appeared in charge, gave the same spiel to the next arrivals but, told them they were free to make up plates to go and accompanying coffees at no charge. Which they did. Not only was I charged full price but they started disassembling the food area before I could even go up and get more milk for my cereal. Everything else was darn near perfect and I would return.

Room Tip: Stick to the king size bed rooms instead of the ones with the fireplace for I feel they're a bit...

We were married here in August on the beach. Everyone loved the food and setting as the resort had everything you could need right at your fingertips.

The rooms were a bit pricey but well worth not having to drive anywhere.

We did a lot on our own to make it more affordable as you are going to pay top notch to get married on the beach.

I would recommend this to anyone looking to get married directly on the beach on the Cape.

We are visiting in October in the off season. Our room has great view of the ocean with doors to walk out to the beach from your room.. A little windy but sunny and beautiful. If you are a non smoker make sure you ask for a nonsmoking room.- seems like many of the guess are smokers at this time kind of surprising.
Breakfast buffet was nice nothing special though. Town is cute but a 15 min drive

Room Tip: Ask for ocean view if you can.

Visited in August and had great weather to enjoy the lovely private beach which is well attended. Our first impression of the Sea Crest was not great as we arrived on a saturday and after queuing all the way from Boston to the Cape we then had the joy of driving round and round the car park looking for a space. This took nearly as long as getting there from Boston! There was a wedding on that day and parking wasn't a problem any other day but when the location means guests can't really park anywhere else the hotel should think of something. Check in was fine and the reception area was large and bright with a very keen young man opening the door for you. What is lacked was any information about the area, places to go, trips etc. I know we could look it up on the internet but a bit of inspiration would have been nice. Our room was a standard room with 2 double beds at the back of the main building. We weren't expecting a sea view so that was fine, however we also weren't expecting the strange smell either. The size was OK but it had a very motel feel, this is not a luxury hotel. There was an ice machine outside our room that made a lot of noise and split ice onto the floor. There was also a lot of noise at night with people running up and down and shouting. We ate in the hotel for the 3 nights we were there and the food was good, we ate in Reds as we felt the prices in the Ocean room were a bit steep. The waiter in Reds was a bit too full on though, I know we were three women in our 30s but really, we weren't fair game! After that we ate in the bar area where the bar tender was great and we had far too many cocktails. The beach was what made our stay, the pool area was nice too.

We went middle September and weather was a little windy for the beach but it didn't stop us from using the heated outdoor pool. We were told the resort was renovated a few years ago and they did a great job. Very clean resort. We had 1st floor pool side and it was a great location. Walked out our door and you are at the heated outdoor pool, a few steps to the indoor pool and beach. Plenty of beach towels. Hotel is not far from downtown Falmouth and the ferries if you want to go to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Staff were very nice. Would highly recommend staying here.

Room Tip: We liked the first floor near pool.

If you want a quiet beautiful beach location, you should certainly put this one on a consideration list.
Most of the rooms seem to look out over the beach and sea and it literally is put your foot out the door and you are on that beach.
The rooms are a high standard, staff welcoming, food is excellent, and the location is superb.
If there are any down sides its not the cheapest although thats probably due to the beautiful views.
The bathroom in rooms are tiny.

Room Tip: Ask for a beach view, ground floor room.

If you want to get away for the school holidays, or just a break from the City - this is fabulous. Rooms were clean, adequate to sleep family of 5 (bunk bed on request) but you won't be spending much time in your room!
The hotel boasts an indoor and outdoor pool and you can also walk straight onto the beach, where should you choose you can hire jet ski's etc. Very relaxing, great poolside bar (recommend the cocktails!) and a wonderful restaurant which caters for adults and children in the evening. The continental or full english breakfast are both more than enough! I wish we could have stayed longer. Great location, affordable and great, clean facilities with friendly staff.

Room Tip: You may pay more for a balcony, but unless you are planning on using it a lot - not necessary! You s...
