When windfall first opened it had very little commerical items. It featured more "small" business items and locally produced product. Dont get me wrong you could still go in and buy Froot Loops if thats your thing, but they also had alot of organic items and the such.
The have changed a bit over the years adding more commericially made items and looking more like a regular grocery store.
The thing that sets them apart however is their deli, fish and meat selections. Their deli has some of the best sandwiches you can get. Made how you want them using all natural ingrediants. The fish and meat department are just the same, fresh off the boat seafood and meats that are grass fed and organic. You do pay a bit more, but if your planning a special meal, or entertaining its worth it.
On a whole they are a bit more expensive than Stop and Shop or Shaws, so for regular items like your froot loops or ice cream (unless you buy the local organic ice cream), you would be better off shopping at the big places in town, but for meats, seafood and deli items go here.
