Spectacular views
Some sections felt secluded at times if alone
Safe for walking with toddlers, strollers if you pay attention to bicycle riders
A real taste of Falmouth and The Cape

Great for a easy stroll through marsh, coast or back yards. This is a must if you are in the area for any length of time

“A nice scenic bike tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 7, 2013

We rode this bikeway twice: we parked at the parking lot and instead of taking the bus to the Woods Hole ferry, we rode our bicycles there (about 3 miles down).

The second time, we rode the whole way. It is very pleasant. I recommend that you bring a snack and stop and sit and watch the waves at the beach. If it is summer, and you can secure your bicycle, take a dip. It will be worth it. In the morning, it is nice and cool and you can greet everyone along the way, who will treat you like locals.

At the end, in Woods Hole, we found a spot to grab a snack and then we rode back. It's about 11 miles each way, few slopes, good for kids and inexperienced cyclists.

If you are hardcore, this will be very light, but please be aware that this is used by many families, the elderly and people with dogs. Tour de France folks should slow down!
