Nice campground in general. Pool is very nice. We RV 6 months a year and have been to great campgrounds and found that this one is overpriced. They even charge $6.00 a day for my 8 lb. Maltese. When we reserved 5 months ahead we were charged for full amount which I am against. When I received the paperwork I saw that you don't have to pay all in one shot. Would recommend but at a lower price.

We recently returned from our third year in a row annual vacation at Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins. We visit friends and family in the States and have made this our home away from home each year. The staff are fabulous the facilities excellent and we could not have found a better place to get together each year. We rent a cabin and some family members bring their own RVs. There are three pools and a jacuzzi . There is a small beach with rental boats, a clubhouse with games and activities for the kids. The location is perfect, just one hour from Boston, 10 mons from the beach and ferries to Martha's Vine yard. Definitely worth a try.

Stayed in a cabin and it was clean and very comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing! I was very impressed with how nice the grounds were and the staff was wonderful. Even though this was the last weekend it was open, all the amenities were offered to us. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family, and I hope to have the opportunity to return.

Friendly and courteous staff, John and Kim will help you out in any way they can.Newly completed dog park, Close to downtown Falmouth for great shopping and restaurants. I went to Cape Cod Campresort with a few friends and our children. When we got there, my husband tried to hook up with the wi-fi unit to finish his work. But after ten minutes, it was shut down. We rushed to the office, explaining what happened. We were rudely inturrupted by a female that worked the front desk, who replied. "You're not the only one in this camp, you know. Others need to get over their problems, just like you."
Once we got over that dillema, we were almost run over by a golf cart. Who may that be? The "Camp Police" patrolling the grounds, ignoring the fact that they almost ran my five year old over.
Finally, my child went to the Fall Scavenger hunt, with a few teenagers who were also staying at the campstite, and aggreed to go hunting with her. They were not able to find a paper clip, so they went up to the office, thinking maybe they could give their group one. When they asked, the man and woman (who was rude to us about the wi-fi) yelled at them, and threatened them for cheating, which they were unaware of until they read the small print at the bottom of their list.
Extremely poor service, annoying staff, messy campgrounds. Do NOT suggest it to anyone!

This isn,t only a campground its our 2nd home and we consider the staff as friends and family. The campgrounds are immaculate and they are just finishing up a dog park this year. Its like a 5 star hotel in the woods. It is close to shopping and attractionsWe have met many new friends from all over the country and canada.During the spring fling and fall specials there is a group of us that get the same site year after year.Everyone is friendly and if someone needs help with a repair or some other issue other campers come over to help. They have a pool for adults only and a seperate one for kids wich is a good when you just want to relax by the pool We recomend this campground 110%.

"Our family stayed at this resort this past week 7/6/12 - 7/13/12,everything like the amentities was great, the only real big issue we had was with 2 of the female staff, on the golf cart,we were all hot and went to take a quick dip in the pond, now my son is 21 years old, and there buoys in the pond are great for smaller children, but only came to my sons mid-section so he swam under and just over his head a little, as he is a very good swimmer, anyways these 2 staff members came racing up out of no ware, 1 ran down the dock screaming at my son, the other standing at the edge of the water with her hands on her hips, pointing and adding her two sence when she could get it in, on how he was breaking some HUGE rule, that isnt posted anyware for that matter, and he is a adult for the other matter, but the way they were screaming at him made us want to try to get a re fund and finish the rest of our vacation at a place were the staff had a little more respect towards there geusts, maybe try and get them to return the following year, and thats not all, the next day we had a run in with these 2 again, my daughter in law and I were walking to the bath house with my little grand son, who is 3 years old, these 2 staff members come racing by on there golf cart, with a leaf blower hanging off the back and almost hit my grandson, clearly walking down the side of the road, and when I said to them Excuse Me, they just said maybe next time WE should pay better attention, like it was US going the WRONG way, on the ONE WAY street, and like it was US that was RACING around on the cart, almost like is was them that just payed over $3200. to stay here for the week, but I will tell you this, we DEFINATLY will never be re turning there for a vacation again, EVER!! Also don't understand how this place could possibly be a 5 star resort, with staff like that working there, and assisting geusts, we have stayed there for the past 3 years and love all the changes they've been doing each year, except this one, and this one baked and iced the cake for the years to come, the landscape looks great tho, but when ya got to deal with staff like that it just ruins it all"

Room Tip: Wouldn't wish my worst enemy to have to stay there, and they expect to be payed for that service...

We are very sorry that this guest had a bad experience with two of our female staff members. The only two female staff members who would have been riding a golf cart at the time this guest was there are no longer employed by us.We are especially saddened to hear that this otherwise happy repeat customer did not bring this to our attention at the time of their stay in which case we could have done something about it sooner. The guest states that "the amenities are great 'and that they like all of the improvements that have been made over the years. Apparently the only problem that they had was with these particular staff members. We would appreciate if the guest would contact our host John McCarthy at the resort and give us the opportunty to correct the problem. It is always a challenge when hiring new seasonal personel at the beginning of each season to make sure that they are attending properly to our customer needs. We reach out to this guest to contact us.
