We had never been to Falmouth, and decided to stay at the Beach Breeze Inn. Walt, the owner, and the rest of the staff could not have been more helpful. Upon arriving, we were given a village map, a guidebook, and instructions on how to access the grill, the pool, and morning coffee. The location is perfect. Walk left out of the driveway, and downtown shops and restaurants are a stroll away. Turn right out of the driveway, and the beach is 100 yards, or less, away. We are eager to go back.

My daughter and I stayed at this inn while my son was at a soccer camp. We loved it. The hotel was very clean and the staff so friendly. The have a nice size pool, outdoor fire pit and family games. The inn is just a short walk from the beach and a walking distance from town. We walked to restaurants and rode bikes on the nearby bike trail. Loved it.

I chose The Beach Breeze Inn purely on reviews from Trip Advisor and it didn't disappoint. As a Brit on a first visit to Cape Cod, the location and decor was exactly how I imagined - New England style throughout with lots of attention to detail. The Inn is close to the centre of Falmouth, the beach and the ferry across to Martha's Vineyard so everything is within 5 minutes drive although there are great beaches and picturesque towns further afield for a day trip from Falmouth. We were there with our 2 sons and the Inn is very much geared for families - the pool was fantastic and the Inn provides beach towels and sun tan lotion for guests to use. They also provide beach chairs, sun umbrellas, bucket & spades etc to take to the beach. The highlight, however, is toasting S'mores outside on the fire put every night - we had never heard of these so Thank You Beach Breeze Inn for introducing them to us!

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 3. A double with a separate bunk bed room connected by a small bathroom in the mai...

Really lovely accommodation in a fantastic location. The Inn is a two minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to Main St, which has a nice selection of shops and restaurants (our personal favourite breakfast haunt was Betsy's Diner). The Beach Breeze Inn is also a good base for visiting lots of other attractions. Walt was welcoming and very informative. The Inn itself is beautiful and our room was lovely and clean. We would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a beautiful oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 balconies :) 2 bath, kitchen, family room. Absolutely perfect! Beach is across the street. Really enjoyed our stay, fantastic service, pool and the laundry machines and grill (ask for grill accessories and/or big pot for lobsters at the front desk). Great town with lots of cool shops, restaurants and the best bakery (Pie in the Sky) - with savory lunch/dinner items and ice cream.

Room Tip: I think all the rooms are nice, just depends if you want to spend more for a ocean view. Remember th...

This Inn is extremely welcoming and comfortable for couples and families. We stayed in room #8 - it's two adjoined rooms sharing a bath - great for couples with a child or another family member (takes about 1 nite to get use to the angle of the ceiling in the back room!). Plenty of room to relax and for our daughter to nap. Our daughter could not wait to get up in the am or come back at the end of the day to play in the sand pit out in the front lawn. With all of the trucks and sand toys Its a magnet for every kid staying at the Inn and it ensures Mom & Dad can quietly and relaxingly have their morning coffee or unwind with a brewski or wine at the end of the day.

Did not realize until we got there how great their location really is. We knew they were across from the beach - its an easy walk and they have ample beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys to use. The Bike path is 1 mile away - it was fun to take the path and stop at the many beaches on it for a swim and rest at the beach. Its about a 3/4 mile walk to Falmouth's Main St. Restaurants, shopping, treats, and entertainment. We loved being able to walk into town and try the restaurants that Walt recommended. He was dead on with each. Its also an easy walk to Falmoth Harbor with all of its restaurants, bars, and views. We only used the car on day trips and walked each night for dinner.

Don & Walt are the owners and Inn Keepers - they are on site everyday, engaged, and accomodating to every guest's request and need. Walt was especially helpful in providing tips for our visit and having fun with our daughter. Its a very comfortable Inn to visit with children. There is a pool, lawns, gardens, porch, patio, firepit, and cook out area and numerous types of rooms that will accomodate families - easy to fine a rocker or chaise chair to chill out or to enjoy with other guests. It is a great place to plan a week end away for a group of friends or family members - there are rooms that provide for entire families.

This is a special place that provided the Cape Cod vacation we were looking for - we can't wait to return again.

Room Tip: The poolside rooms have kitchenets. The Inn rooms ahave micowaves and refridgerators. There is a gri...

We had such a wonderful visit to the Cape and the Beach Breeze in was just amazing. Beautiful room and grounds and wonderful people on staff, especially innkeeper Walt. He was is so friendly and helpful and made sure we were taken care of and felt at home. The location is just steps from the beach--perfect. Also, there is a wonderful pool, lots of fun extras (like beach chairs, sunblock, and beach towels) and even smores by the fire at dusk. It was a perfect trip--we highly recommend a stay at Beech Breeze Inn and look forward to a return visit.:)
