The Beach Breeze is one of my favorite places on the Cape. The rooms are all unique, super cute with a beachy décor and updated bathrooms. The Inn and grounds are in fantastic shape with wonderful landscaping and sitting areas throughout. Walt & Don are very kind and a pleasure to be around. They were very helpful throughout the weekend and made us feel very welcome and at home. The property has beautiful gardens and many amenities to make your stay wonderful. We rented the entire Inn for a wedding weekend and our guests absolutely loved everything about the Beach Breeze. We will absolutely be returning to stay for many anniversaries to come.

Room Tip: Every room is a bit different, my favorite is #6.

Spent a long week-end here , Nov. 16-19th, 2012. We saw the nice weather forecast and had a nice W/E with temps 45-50. We stayed in room #1 which was quaint, cute, clean and very comfortable. Walt, the owner was very hospitable and offered his help and directions for local sightseeing and nice restaurants.

This Inn is only 1 block from a nice small beach, has a pool, and a nicely landscaped front lawn.
A very nice Inn about a 15 min walk to main street Falmouth.

We went to Falmouth for the Cape Cod marathon, and stayed on for another 5 nights, using the Beach Breeze Inn as our base for exploring Cape Cod. It proved to be a great choice. Walt is a great host and knows the area very well, he was very happy to give advice on Cape Cod's attraction. Falmouth is well positioned both for reaching Provincetown at the far end of the Cape, and sites beyond the cape such as Plymouth and Newport.

Falmouth is a very pretty New England town, and the Beach Breeze Inn is positioned near the beach, just under a mile's walk from the restaurants and pub on Main Street, perfect for walking off the enormous portions at the end of the evening!

We stayed in Room 1, which was lovely. It was clean and spacious with a kitchen and sitting area which made it a great place to relax in after a hard day exploring.

Thoroughly recommended!

We were really lucky to find such a beautiful place at such reasonable rates. The grounds were beautifully planted and I love the shell covered driveway and parking area.

Our room had views of the water. It must have been done by a decorator. It had a perfect mix of relaxing sea green and pale blue in the bed and bath and pretty accents. The old building with beautiful old pine floors was spotless. A shared guest area included a big roomy kitchen. We were only a short walk from the beach.

It had a pool for warmer days. The only drawback was that the common kitchen area was closed at night and didn't open very early in the a.m.

We spent the weekend taking in the 1/2 and full marathons that were going on Saturday and Sunday. Great location, walked to the beach, and what a wonderful New England town Falmouth is. The inn was well maintained and Walt was a gracious host, full of recommendations and ideas to fill our weekend. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely experience. One of the owners made us very warm welcome (can't recall who it was, sorry!) and spent a while showing us the area on a map and recommended various places. Our room was lovely and spacious with a kitchen area. The Inn itself is beautifully furnished, decorated and clean and has a very seaside feel to it. There were lots of lovely knick-knacks that I wanted to take home!
The inn is located about half a mile from Main street, where you'll find shops, bars and restaurants so within walking distance (although the lane only has a couple of streetlights so is very dark at night)
Although we weren't here during the Summer and therefore, didn't go to the beach, we did drive past it just around the corner. The inn supplies towels and I noticed a collection of various sun tan lotions/aftersuns which I assumed we would have been welcome to use too.

I just got back from a week spent at the Beach Breeze Inn for my brothers wedding. We had all of our family and friends stay at the Inn and everyone was blown away by how beautiful it was and how kind the owners are. Walt and Don went above and beyond to help with anything and everything we needed. I can not say enough about them. Anything we needed they were there to help, which was great when things got hectic on the actual wedding day!

I absolutely adored my room (room 7) and so did everyone else! Super clean, great views, pretty decor and all around cozy. The grounds of the Inn are breathtaking. I had planned on going to a fancy resort restaurant for my sister in laws bridal shower, but we ended up having it on the patio next to the pool and it couldn't have been more perfect!

I can not wait to get back. My whole family has been going to the same place on the Cape for over 20 years and I never ever thought I'd prefer to go somewhere else, but the Beach Breeze Inn has stolen my heart for sure!

Room Tip: Room 7 is the best!! Everyone who came in to check it out was so jealous! Great views, room set up...
